Where we provide services to individuals located in jurisdictions with additional data protection requirements, we will comply with those applicable laws.
3. POPIA & PAIA COMPLIANCE
Processing of personal information is conducted in accordance with Section 11 of POPIA and is based on one or more of the following lawful grounds:

• For at least 5 years after termination (as required under FAIS/FICA)
• Longer if required by law or regulatory investigation
When no longer required, information is securely destroyed or anonymised.
